River of OZ, LLC is pleased to announce that it has entered into a purchase agreement for the historic properties located at 301–333 East 4th Street in the heart of downtown Loveland, Colorado.
The planned redevelopment, known as The Draper, envisions transforming this prominent downtown property into a vibrant mixed-use destination featuring historic preservation, new residential apartments, retail shops, professional offices, entertainment venues, and community gathering spaces.
The project will seek to preserve and celebrate the architectural heritage of downtown Loveland while introducing modern amenities, new business opportunities, and much-needed housing.
The acquisition represents an important first step toward bringing new life to this historic downtown block and contributing to the continued revitalization of Loveland's downtown district.
