Future residents may include educators, healthcare workers, public safety and service professionals, early-career workers, small-business employees, retirees, and others who want the convenience and character of downtown living at an attainable rent. Income and other eligibility requirements will apply, with rents, floor plans, qualifications, and application information announced as the project approaches completion.
